Horrible

Do not go here. Do not let Ashley touch your hair. I came to her with very faded red hair, boxed dyed for 10+ years. I asked to be brought to my natural color, a brown, and have a caramel balayage. This was not accomplished and I left with a solid brown. After a few days I washed my hair. Once done, the brown was washed away and I was left with a dirty blonde. My hair is also now falling out in clumps. I messaged Ashley to get this resolved, be compensated in some way. None of that has happened and she does not take any responsibility. She states that this is all happening because of my previous boxed dye. She's suppose to be the professional. If she knew any of that was a possibility why was I not informed? Why did she even touch my hair to begin with? Please, do not go here.

Really great staff and awesome tanning packages to offer. I haven't gone for a cut here recently but I'm looking forward to testing out the waters again with the women's cuts discount through the week. I think it's under $20 on Thursdays(?) but don't quote me on that part.

Got a jelly pedicure done by Tracy. And I am in love with the jelly! Best feeling ever! Tracy was so sweet and took her time. My feel feel so soft. Definitely recommend the jelly pedicures!

Tracy offers a Monday special for men's haircuts. The entire staff is friendly, seem to care personally for each customer, and treat us "old men" like family.
