I took my 12 year old son who has curly hair, when wet about an inch past his shoulders. I showed a photo and asked “only trim across the back and no layers.” He ended up with hair in the back of his head about 1 inch from his head. It looks like a bowl hair cut!!!!! He is hysterical in tears. Anyone knows curly hair takes forever to grow. But apparently she does not! She was lovely and apologized when she realized what she did. Corporate needs to send her to training before she attempts another hair cut. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

The stylists were friendly enough. I went at 4:30PM on a saturday, which was probably my first mistake. they were really busy which was totally fine. I don't mind waiting. I don't remember the stylist's name but i think she was in charge. She was nice enough but kind of avoided my questions and didn't really let me explain exactly what i wanted or at least didn't clarify that she didn't completely understand what i wanted. She cut my hair in a hurry and when i tried to examine it closely she rushed me into the back for a hot towel and explained that we could fix up anything that didn't look right. When we came back, she didn't give me any time to look at it and didn't ask if i was completely satisfied with everything. For the most part the haircut looks ok. but she didn't ask how i liked the back and just went to town on it. She did this weird ghetto slant on my sides that i didn't notice until i got home. It looks completely unprofessional and I am in the middle of a 1 month internship. the top was left too long and she also clipped my ear ever-so-slightly by accident and pretended like it didn't happen. Now it may have been my responsibility to make sure everything looked ok, but if i am paying for a haircut, it seems like common courtesy to ask me if everything looks ok.

They don't accept appointments, they only take first come first serve, which is totally fine. However, I was skipped twice by other customers who came in later than mean. They don't follow their own policies. The place reminds me another Supercuts or Hair Cuttery. I would not recommend this place for men's hair.

Rick Eichmann - received a gift certificate for the "VIP" treatment as a Christmas gift from my wife (above reviewer-I dictated this but she wrote and posted for me). I went today for a much needed haircut and met Carina Hassano. She gave me the "VIP" treatment. I wasn't expecting to treated like such a King- the warm facial towels, neck and shoulder massage and the fun haircut were all unexpected. Carina took the time to ask me about how I liked my haircut and she took it up a notch and gave me a great short, spiked cut- all ready for Spring and warmer weather. I enjoyed how social she was and easy to talk to during my time in her chair. I am looking forward to returning as her client and feel she is a real asset to the Sport Clips franchise. PS- I went late morning on a weekday and there was no wait.
