The hairstylist did a satisfactory job. Seems though that the employees could maybe have some more training in customer service. Some things that I think are in need of improvement - 1. I felt like they were trying to hurry and quick get to the next customer. Maybe slowing down a little and take their time would be better. 2. I felt like they weren't really listening carefully to what kind of haircut I was wanting. Maybe focusing more on the customer and not getting so sidetracked with other people's conversations would really improve customer satisfaction. 3. One thing that I really appreciate is when the hairstylist lets the customer know exactly what they will be doing before they begin, and how much hair they will be cutting. I think improvement in these areas will greatly help increase customer satisfaction and trust. One plus about this place is- the hairstylists are friendly and try to be helpful. If giving no stars was an option , I'd choose that . Last time I was here , the girl who was supposed to do my hair never showed up for work . They had me sit for an hour & a half , then told me they couldn't even do my hair because nobody was free to do it . Currently sitting in here ONCE AGAIN , my appt was at 4 . It's already 5 & nobody is even close to starting my hair .
