I love Ulta. I first started experimenting with makeup because of Ulta and their stores will always have a special place in my heart. Sephora is great for higher end products and exclusives but Ulta has a much wider selection and offers affordable options for makeup obsessives on a budget. I am a very Ulta-loyal customer who has established a home-base at several Ultas as I've moved around over the past few years. That being said, I'm a little wary about this Ulta. I'm not crazy about the customer service. I'll be honest, I'm a little socially awkward and I don't really like talking to strangers. A lot of complaints on here are about the sales women not talking to them but I have the opposite problem. I feel like every time I go in there I'm accosted by different women who are trying REALLY hard to push product. I'm not a beautician but I've been doing my own makeup and skincare for several years now and I don't need you to sell me various products I don't want. I know what I like. I will ask you if I need help. Otherwise, please let me stand here quietly drooling over Urban Decay eyeshadow pallets I can't afford while rubbing 35 different kinds of lotion into my hands.

I have always been a big fan of Ulta as a company and I have been shopping at their locations for years! But this Exton store by far has the best review in my book. I have always been satisfied with the items I buy and with their customer service. However, my last few experiences have been amazing. The employees go above and beyond to help you and genuinely care about doing so! I was just in this location the other night and had a bad day, when I was talking with the cashier she listened and gave me an extra free sample and told me to have a better night. Does not seem like a huge deal, but it really meant a lot to me as a customer! I will continue to shop at all Ulta locations, but now have a new found appreciation for this store in specific!

Ulta beauty has such great service! Just ask anyone behind they counter and they will be very happy to help you. Unlike other cosmetic retail stores; they will almost always have what you are looking for , and amazing deals.

_THE_ least informed retail workers and managers I have ever encountered. However, they will ask you EVERY TIME THEY SEE YOU if they can help you. Compounding it is that the store music is obnoxiously loud. "What am I here to get?" you wonder, because you can't even FOCUS ON YOUR OWN THOUGHTS thanks to the ridiculously loud music. This store sucks 99% of the time I visit, and each time I vow never to return.

I always love my experience at the salon at Ulta! Specifically my hair dresser Liz! She always does an amazing job on my hair. Everyone at the salon always cares at their customers and the quality of work they are producing! I’d recommend Liz to anyone I know! ❤️
