I’m not a “make-up” person, I’ve always felt uncomfortable with the process. Jackie n Tiffany really took their time and helped me find what was best for me..I’m wearing the Aveeda products everyday now !!! Jackie does my hair, again I’m hard to please...I love the color and the cut..These woman are true artists when it comes to all things cosmetology.. The atmosphere is super laid back too, like being in your girlfriends living room.. I love that and the coffee !!! Thanks Ladies

Love balance hair spa in west chester!!! Tiffany is my go to stylist. She does amazing hair cuts and amazing color as well. Salon is always clean and bright. They offer you beverages while you're getting styled. All the stylists/assistants I've crossed paths with during my visits have always been the nicest as well.

The absolute BEST hair salon I've ever been to! I've been all over from LA to Philadelphia to upscale salons that charge twice as much and I can honestly say, this is the happiest I've been with my hair in my life. I drive over an hour away to get my hair done from color to cut and the staff is exceptional. I have long hair and my regular stylist is Tiffany and she knows what I want better than me! Terrance and Jackie have done my hair as well and both are incredibly talented and never disappoint. The owners are so kind and genuinely care about their clients happiness. From the first day I stepped into this salon I was welcomed warmly and feel more comfortable than salons I've been to for years! From cups of tea to glasses of wine this is more than a hair salon it's a "hair experience". I love the time I spend there getting my hair done and that is not something I say lightly. I tend to be impatient and getting my hair done was a necessity and something I would put off for far too long before getting it done again. I now find myself getting it done every 4-6 weeks because I look forward to the whole relaxing experience! I feel so lucky to have found this gem and look forward to my next visit every time😊

I have never colored my hair in my life before, I did a little research, asked around, and came across Balance! I was nervous but after I spoke to Jackie on the phone she answered all my questions and really put my mind at ease. She was able to put me in for the next day. When I arrived at the salon I felt very welcomed and everyone was very nice. Jackie took her time with me while I showed her photos and described what I wanted to be done before she went to work. She took her time with my hair and really went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable. Another stylist, Terrence, was there to lend a helping hand to her (my hair is very long and thick). Overall, my experience was amazing, I am so in love with the results and I am proud to say that I will be returning in the future!! I hope this review helps anyone who has never colored their hair and is interested in doing so!!
