I love Ulta, and everyone at this store is wonderful. They are all enthusiastic and helpful, always willing to go above and beyond to ensure their customers feel well cared for and important. Specifically, the at the Benefit counter, Missy is great, and always does a wonderful job on Brows. However, the star of the Pottstown Ulta is the salon manager Kelley. She is absolutely wonderful. She has made me an Ulta shopper for life, as I have never had a more and positive experience at a retail store as every time I have a service with her. The whole team is talented, knowledgeable, welcoming, and friendly. Also, this and every Ulta I have visited was VERY LGBT friendly. I can't recommend them enough.

Love ULTA for the service you receive once you enter the store. The reward system is awesome. The return policy, no questions asked, is remarkable. I love all the choices I have and the help I receive if needed.

I've been shopping at this location for over 2 years. Today marks the 3rd unpleasant visit in a row. It's hard to find products because they are not organized also the staff will watch you aimlessly wander until you recognize them and ask them for help. So on this visit which will be my final visit, went in to re-up on my foundation because I have none left. They only had one dirty box, which someone else have clearly tampered with left. The Clinique associate and myself searched the entire section to find another one without avail. So out of desperation I took the box to the cashier which then informed me that it would take 5 days for one to get shipped to me. I told her I was totally out and asked her if I could be given a discount. She then called the manager who came over with no empathy or care for my issue. Customer service is no longer available at Ulta Collegeville. I'll rather drive to sephora KOP mall where I can get the service I deserve

Go to the benefit brow bar and ask for Lauren! She has been doing my brows for years. Always get complements.

I’m not one to ever complain but I just had a very unpleasant experience with the cashier over an exchange and a coupon! She actually said to me “I don’t care what the other cashier said this is what I’m telling you! Wow! Not the friendliest!
