This was the most disappointing experience of my life. Proud to say I will never come back again. I’ve never felt so disrespected. The employees there were not presentable, they had terrible attitudes, poor customer service, and low moral. As one business owner to another you need to get it together with how the boutique is being managed. I myself have never shopped here, this was my first time. My friend recommended this boutique because she has ordered several times in the past online and previously from the mobile truck. After going to the boutique for the first time it’s safe to say we both will never return to this establishment, if it’s even safe to call it an establishment. We were taken advantage since the is first we both had physically been in the boutique. Believe it or not money was stolen from us from the two employees managing the store at the time. Please do not do business with these people if you value your hard earned money.

They were very helpful. I received service at my appointment time. I was treated kindly. When I had an issue it was address immediately. I am a happy customer.

Very friendly atmosphere they talk with you make u laugh. Very neat and clean most of I loved my hair when finished.

The service and professionalism is superb. The owner and her stylist were extremely accommodating. I was an hour late for my appointment (on a Saturday) and the owner, affectionately known as "Bee" could no longer take me,but the wonderful "Styling Pudd" offered to do my hair. Despite the fact that she was busy making units for people to come pick up. I loved the customer service and the hair is perfect. The ends didn't need to be clipped or anything. The look is so natural and flexible. Excellent quality hair,and excellent customer service! I will be back in a few weeks for routine maintenance.

Unprofessional, overpriced, I highly doubt anyone doing hair is licensed stylist. My hair was done in tracks within days the front started coming out I had no choice but to take the hair out within days.
