Mediocre.....I went to get a simple trim and I had to ask the lady to basically do her job. I have long, straight hair and so an inch trim shouldn't be too difficult. After she was done, she put my hair in front to show the length, and the left side was uneven and a few pieces were noticeably longer on that side. I asked if she could please even it out and make sure it's even throughout. She did so, but I shouldn't have to ASK that my hair gets cut properly. Also, she used the water spritzer bottle, and so my hair was wet from the middle down. When the woman finished evening out my hair, she was like "ok all set!" So once again, I needed to ask if she could dry my hair.... Like, I don't feel like walking out of the store with half-wet hair..... It was just overall disappointing, I definitely won't return. I've had bad past experiences years ago at other Great Clips locations, so today was a reminder on why I don't go there. I think this place really is only good for quick children's cuts and for men who want buzz cuts.

If it was possible to leave 0 stars I would. I waited 35 minutes when the checking time was 15 on top of that only to stylists working and they both kept walking away from their clients to go to the counter then both of them had to go to the counter to fix something with a gift card. I do not recommend this place to anyone and it is not even worth the waste of your time go to Hair Cuttery instead

My son and I like stylist Marisa. My son who is just 11 months old had a wonderful experience. They're very helpful. The place is clean and will definitely go back again.
