My best friend and I went to Great Clips today to see about a buzz cut for her. She is fighting breast and brain cancer. To our surprise we found out they provide free haircuts with a program Clips of Kindness for cancer patients. Debi and all staff were truly kind and patient. Thank you for providing this wonderful service and awesome customer service. This made our day.

Used to be good. Too much turnover. Just when you get comfortable with a girl, she is gone. I always want to have the manager cut my hair, but they keep changing. New ones are just ok.

The online app wait was for 5 minutes then it quickly turned into over an hour and then went down to 50 minutes, when I finally got my haircut it was good

I took my visually impaired daughter in law in for a haircut and the employees were very nice. She received a very nice haircut--exactly the way she wanted it cut.
