Because our customers are our top priority, we strive to provide a excellent experience for our clients. First, I want to assure that relaxers are not mixed with conditioner. All relaxers are purchased wholesale. The stylists usually speak with the client to have an understanding of their expectations to ensure that they are receiving the products and services that they expect. The stylist under no circumstances will relax, color or perform any services without the clients knowledge and consent. We, here at Health Hair Salon take pride in our craft. The stylists use relaxer in their conditioner for coarse texture hair without permission !! They deep condition you with relaxer already mixed in and they don’t tell you ! They do not put any moisturizer in the hair l. They complain if you have curly 4b or 4c texture. They charge the same price for a full wash and set AND if you already come washed for just a blow out. My hair has fallen out so much after going to them for 3 months. I know they’ve relaxed my hair without my knowledge, I can tell by my breakage and curl pattern. I went to a professional and they told me that my hair DEFINITELY has relaxer in it. They’ve ruined my curl pattern completely. I would not recommend !

I've been going here for years they are the best. I love the service they are so nice.They take the time to make sure you like everything that they are doing to finesse your look. I definitely will recommend them to a friend and I love all the service that I do acquire when I am there if I had five thumbs they will get all five LOL. And I'm a dedicated customer.

Everyone there is so nice and some of the stylist get to know their customers so they already know what they like every experience there was a good one
