Poor Customer Service / Good Quality My daughter went here for a haircut. After being quoted one price online, they charged her nearly double for "thick" hair. I totally understand an extra charge for excessive length, but this was not her case nor the explanation offered. My feeling is that they saw a young woman coming in for a haircut and decided to take advantage of the situation by charging a $20 hair thickness charge.

Maria was amazing! I’ve previously had a bad experience at a Hair Cuttery and so was nervous about going back to a salon but Maria listened to my request and did a fantastic job on my cut! Will definitely be coming back just for her!

The staff is friendly and they are usually pretty busy. They have a master stylist named Jess who is absolutely incredible! I never too sure about what I want but with a general explanation of how I want my hair to look she gave me a beautiful and easy to manage style!! She will definitely be my new stylist from now on!

My wife got charged an additional 20$ at the last minute because her hair was "long". They cut 3 " off and charged 47.... This clause is not posted, and its aweful policy. After going for years, its the last time. 👎👎👎👎
