Claire did an amazing job on my diy nightmare hair. She took her time and I love my new color, it is perfect! I wanted it much much lighter, so it was tricky, but a huge improvement. She also corrected my haircut that was professionally done at a salon at the mall. I can see and feel a difference compared to other Pittsburgh salons I've tried. It's so worth it to get a great cut and healthy hair. I highly recommend Izzazu.

Horrible salon. Went in with long hair wanting it cut should length, and the stylist informed me that she won't do that cause she thought it wouldn't look good. I then wanted highlights and SPECIFICALLY said I didn't want my hair ending up black and white stripes. And wouldn't you know that's what I got! I looked like a bumble bee!!! And for how long it took I thought my hair would be beautiful! I had to go elsewhere to get my hair cut because it looked awful. The highlights still are awful and am scared to get them fixed. I wish I could get my money back. AWFUL experience.

Maci did a wonderful job on my hair. This was my first time at Izzazu and I will say it will not be my last. Friendly staff. I love my hair . Also a shoutout to Lauren for taking the time in the tight schedule to touch up my eye brows too. :) Just overall topnotch FRIENDLY service

Terriable salon! Very slow ... Took three hours for my highlights and the result was terrible reddish brassy hair !!

Took my young lady to get a cut and highlights. Was told it would take 2 hours. She emerged 45 minutes later, with wet hair. When it dried, it looked exactly the same way it looked before I spent $140 to highlight her hair. She later told me that, during her appointment, another woman waled in and asked if her roots could be touched up...my young lady was left alone for 30 minutes while another client was attended to and then her hair was washed and she was sent on her way. Tip includes, I spent nearly $200 for NOTHING. I had to highlight her hair myself three days later. I spent $15 on a DIY kit at a grocery store and she is happy now. DON'T WAST THE TIME AND MONEY HERE. This place is a hack job group of high school drop out beautician school graduates that are prejudiced towards their clients.
