I went to this place to get Senegalese twists, it's nice except when they start to cut the stragglers of hair off they were going too fast and cut right through the twist and my hair. Instead of confessing and maybe even fixing it, they left it that way. I didn't know about it until I took my hair out smh it felt like she cut through it but I couldn't tell so I didn't say anything. I should have went with my gut and said something. That's poor service and I will never go there again.

I would NOT recommend this hair salon. The hairstylist was MEAN & bipolar.. but she claimed she was tryna make me happy. She actually gave me a hard time as a customer.. she was getting upset with me when i was just nicely tryna tell her how i wanted my hair done.. then on top of that she didn't even part my hair right which made me not satisfied with my hair & it was so tight my hair broke off.. it feels like i wasted $160.00 of my money for some braids while i was dealing with her attitude smdh. I'm never going to get my hair done at Coumba's hair salon ever again!!!

If I could give them less than 1 star I would. I had to take the braids out as soon as I got home because they were so tight my hair was popping off on the ride home. Biggest waste of $200. Find somewhere else to get your hair braided

Was The First Time And Will Be The Last Time. The Woman Who Did My Hair Was Very Unprofessional, Was On Her Phone Constantly . Me And My Sister Got There At The Same Time And I Didn't Get Finished 2 Hrs After My Sister Because This Woman Was On Her Phone I Was Getting Very Impatient.. Just Decided I Wont Be Going Here Anymore Cause It's BS. I Don't Recommend This Place At All
