Went here today for a cut, color and partial highlight. I was visiting from out of town and Kait was able to match my previous color perfectly. Very happy with how it turned out and my service while there. Overall a very pleasant experience. We be sure to come back next time I am visiting.

I've gotten a Groupon with my boyfriend our appointment was scheduled for 2 p.m. Upon arrival on time, I was told that they tried to contact me because the nail technician had an emergency and had to step away. Turns my phone number was missing a digit they've tried to contact Groupon to get my number to inform me. Groupon wouldn't give up my information. It was a 35-minute ride and a waste of time on my part but it wasn't their fault they couldn't contact me. I rescheduled that night at 7:30 even though the shop closes at 6 they stayed open to accommodate me. This was my first experience at a salon getting my nails done by someone other than myself or cousin. It was a very lovely experience there are only two Pedicure Chairs separated from the rest of us alone and it felt like it was just us two in there. My boyfriend and I were able to sit side-by-side while our pedicure was done. I look forward to going back and trying other services. The only bad thing I can say was the nail technician seemed a little bit rushed

I booked a mani/pedi two weeks in advance, knowing I needed to get everything done on that specific date and time in preparation for my upcoming wedding. Lady at the desk in the tanning area apparently booked my appointment with a hair stylist not the nail tech!! Receptionist called me this afternoon to reschedule, which I cannot do, the whole reason I booked 2 weeks in advance was because I needed that specific time and date! Beyond frustrated, and receptionist was of no help. Never going back to this place again.
