This place is awful. They lack customer service skills and there is so much chaos if they are even mildly crowded. They do not have the skills or the resources to handle it. Last time I got a haircut here, (the woman who was very sweet I must say) completely ruined my hair. Took off so much length (I said I want to keep the length!), cut layers (didn’t ask!) and did “thinning” of the hair in the back. I never asked for any of that. She kept telling me how I shouldn’t ever color my hair and kept pushing her ideas on me. I hate being placed in such an awkward position and it’s even worse when the person is super nice but totally clueless. You have to listen to what the customer wants. I understand being a stylist is exciting for some people but we are not your models! I grew my hair painfully after my brain surgery and she just chopped it off. Seriously wth. blah!!

I have gone to the Warminster location a few times now and have had Jessica touch up my roots (I'm gray, but color it light brown base with blonde highlights). She takes the time to only cover the gray while touching it up, not just smear it sloppily onto your scalp, making you have to get another set of highlights too soon. Happy with this location & stylist.

Happened about 8 months ago. Went there signed in there was a few people there already. I was called got up start to walk back. Then stylist by register said theres people before me. Thats fine she did call a name no one answered so she called me. I was then told to sit back down. Then took another person. I was ok with that until i was called again the man asked what i was getting done. First of all they asked you when you sign in which obviously is useless to ask. So i told him i wanted a cut and color. He then proceeds to tell me i dont have time to do that i have an appointment coming in soon. I then was told to sit down again. He then proceeds to take someone after me. I walked out of there never will go back again!
