Jane and Katie are such wonderful people, and it's always a pleasure to visit their salon! Jane, AKA "The Wax Queen," is very professional and always ensures a sterile environment. She does fantastic work, and I highly recommend her!

I do not know where to even start with Studio 8! I was introduced to Jane, or as we like to call her MAMA JANE!, about 4 years ago for waxing services and eventually entrusted Kate to all of my hair needs. Fast forward to now and they have become not only my favorite salon BUT also friends! Jane and Kate have this dynamic that you do not find anymore. They are mother and daughter and also friends, which is a beautiful thing. When I got engaged, I began to think about everything needed for wedding planning- overwhelming to say the least. However, hair and makeup!? Didn't have to think twice. My wedding day was seamless and my hair and makeup was ON POINT- both lasted well into the night and beyond. The hair and makeup run through was even more fun as Kate invited us into the salon (mom and best friend) where we hung out and got a preview of what the final product would be the day of the wedding. Thank you, Mama Jane and Kate. You helped me achieve my vision for my wedding day and couldn't have imagined it any other way. The only thing I wish you would have done is STAY for the party :) xoxo.

I go to both Jane and Kate for different services. I cannot say enough positive things about the way my family and I are treated when we go to Studio 8. We always come out refreshed and looking great! I like that Kate Lucas takes her time, listens to what I want and will not let me leave the salon until I'm 100% satisfied with my hair. She always goes the extra mile by styling my daughters' hair whatever way is going to make them feel most like a princess that day after their reasonably priced cuts. They have walked out with everything from elaborate braids to spiral curls. My husband even loves going to see Jane and Kate for their quality of service.
