Finally found my new home salon! The salon itself is pretty and clean and my hair stylist, Hailey, was awesome. She looked at all the pictures I brought in for color and style and talked me through the options. The result was beautiful and she took time to show me how to style it.

I got highlights and a haircut at Plum Salon and Spa. Speaking honestly, I was really unhappy with how they turned out initially. I brought this to the attention of the staff as I was leaving and both the receptionist and Michelle, the manager, took my complaints VERY seriously. Michelle told me I could come back whenever I wanted to get it fixed. She worked around my scheduled and opened the salon early the next day to squeeze me in. When I came in, she was there ready to go and had brought me breakfast and coffee. I only had about an hour and a half before I needed to leave for work and she made my hair look absolutely beautiful in that time. I am so happy with the results and it was truly one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. Michelle is extremely nice and truly talented at what she does. She really cares about the salon and I suggest anyone with prior issues getting in touch with her, she will take care of you! I will definitely be going back to her for my next cut!

I called for the hopes of a last minute massage appointment and was excited when they had an opening! The receptionists are always pleasant, which is key since it sets the tone for how the rest of relaxing visit should go. My massage therapist was Hailey and she was a delight! She goes beyond the basics to give a deep, personal masssge. She knew what I needed without having to have a long discussion about it and made it clear to me that I was to let her know if anything should change throughout the appointment. Fantastic experience with her, looking forward to my next session.

I just got a massage by Hailey and it was of the best massage that I ever had! She was very professional and was able to get hard knots out of my back. I will be returning.
