The service was fine until I had a problem. I didn't like the hair color once (highlights didn't match base color) but when I mentioned this the stylist replied "no, that's just you". I was encouraged to get a Brazilian blow out but never told it might not work. When I called the salon to inquire about this, both the staff and owner were defensive and hostile on the phone. The owner stated she didn't know anything about this particular process but then tried to find ways that I was responsible for it not working. She reluctantly offered to schedule another blow out for me and when I asked if it was likely to work after having no effect the first time she replied "well, it's not going to hurt your hair". This salon is fine if you don't have very high expectations and don't mind unprofessional staff and never have a complaint.

I got the brazillian blowout with Jennifer, and my hair has been fabulous. I used to have to straighten it daily, but now I can let it air dry. It's finally growing and I've shaved a half hour-an hour off my daily routine!

Very kind/pleasant great working experience. Team work. Listen to what you want and do their best to perform your needs. I get alot of complements on my hair. Treat everyone equal. Been going there for yrs. I recommend ultra visions to everyone for all their needs..
