Clean and organized. Decent customer service. Checkout is a little difficult since there is usually a lot of people. But nothing so bad that I wouldn’t go again. Was able to find everything I was looking for. Great customer discounts and freebies.

I hesitate to rate our local Ulta too high. Honestly today I did get very good service, but only after speaking with several associates. In addition, there was no one at the salon counter to assist me with an appointment I wanted to make. I actually scheduled elsewhere. I will say there is alot of merchandise to browse and the store is well kept. The biggest problem is poor to no customer service at times.

Good store and talented staff, but I was at the check out and the products I purchased were BOGO 50% Off, and I specifically asked the cashier, Karissa, if the products came off the total 50% off, and she said yes. I brushed it off as in my math was wrong. I got home, checked the receipt, and both of the products were normal price. I am very upset, as I can get the same products at Target for $3 less EACH. I will be returning the products and not going back to this location.
