Fabulous color

Tammy did a great job taking my daughter's hair from medium brown to the most beautiful pink and green. She loves it and it didn't damage her hair. Absolutely recommend.

I have been coming to Puccini's since I moved to Pittsburgh four years ago and I can't express how happy I am that I found this place! I feel like people underestimate how much a great hair cut can effect your mood! I have always had my hair done by Josh and he is so excellent at what he does. He's very gentle when cutting and washing hair and the conversation is always very pleasant. He is extremely skilled in what he does and I could not be happier every time I leave! Also a big thanks to Sal for always being so kind and accommodating when making appointments and creating a comfortable and pleasant environment to be in while waiting. It's always so easy to pop in for a great hair cut and feel relaxed! (Did I mention they have complimentary wine??) Thank you to Puccini's for always making my day! Excellent staff and service.

I should have left this review right after my first haircut here. Honestly cannot compare my experiences here to anywhere else. They always deliver quality haircuts at a reasonable price point. All the stylists are wonderful people, whether you just want to get your haircut and go or have a pleasant conversation, you'll find what you want. The owner is always nice and personable, willing to work with you to make sure you get the best service.

I went here for my birthday cut 1 day before my birthday, and wanted a special haircut change. My hair went from the sunlight color shades I had to green and rough to now short, not bouncy at all and nothing like what I thought I would get for the money I was promised :( The stylists made a lot of effort to do damage control at the time the color made them green. But I was made to pay for all of that extra processes. It would have been great to have some slack on paying the same amount of money for the eventual style that I didn't like as compared to the one I wanted. It was quite a rip off for $200. I miss my hair stylists in Atlanta! Shout out to amazing Hairnox Helmet! Warning: READ THE FINE PRINT ON COLOR SERVICES BEFORE GOING HERE. Here is to a bad hair day birthday!

I was super nervous to get my haircut because I was trying a completely new style and just moved to Pittsburgh. The staff were incredible and scheduling an appointment over the phone was easy. The stylist, Tammy, was professional and kind. She took the time to show me ways to style my new haircut and really listened to what I wanted! Everyone at the shop was warm as well. The student discount is nice bonus as well!

Came here the other day for a cut and all over color with Josh. Not only is the cut and color great, but the experience was also terrific! Josh is a great guy to talk to and a great stylist, and Sal was extremely friendly and welcoming! The complimentary wine was also a plus! Definitely will be back!
