If you want to overpay for hair services that render you looking like Happy The Clown, stylists worrying about how you're going to pay for said services instead of worrying about the catastrophe to your hair after they cut your hair you've been growing for 14 months, and crying on the way out, then go here. If not, go anywhere else. Money rules here over customer satisfaction.
**Thanks for your response, Heather!
Apparently, recollections may vary. When you are told it would take 3-4 hours and cost $300 you have some right to complain that it took 6.5 hours and cost twice as much and you still leave with something you DIDN'T want. I arrived at 11:00 AM and didn't leave until 5:20 PM. I had dinner plans not lunch plans. When you asked me how we could resolve this situation, I requested a full refund. You said you couldn't do that because of the cost of the products and the stylist's time. You gave me a $50 gift card.
I have been a client of your salon for many years and had been very happy until this disaster. Also, you didn't take into consideration my happiness or my loyalty to your salon and stylist when we spoke to try to resolve this issue. As an artist, as you described yourself, you'd expect you'd want your clients' hair, makeup, etc to happily represent your work, work you'd be proud to display. It wasn't the best haircut of my life. Why in the world would I want the length sacrificed after growing it out for 14 months? For 10 days, I was extremely embarrassed until another stylist at another salon corrected my hair. It was evident my regular stylist at your salon wasn't able to do this for me. That isn't how it should have happened. Thus, this review.
Again, recollections may vary.
Have a nice day.
**Remember what you like and amend your reply to correspond with that memory. I requested a full refund and YOU said you couldn't do that. The $50 gift card was me realizing I wasn't getting anywhere with you even after discussing how businesses have to take care of their customers when things awry.
