I didn't get my hair done here. I got my nails done. It was a horrible experience. I was cut and burned multiple times. My nails weren't done to my satisfaction. Not to mention I was there for over 4 and a half hours waiting to get my nails done

I've been going to Stephanie Salon since 2004, they weren't the best but I stucked with them. But the last three time they have totally disappointed me. You tell them something and they end up doing something else. The owner is the worst. I just went in today told her to trim my ends and she ended up cutting an inch and on top of that she cuys my hair in layers, even though my hair was even. Maybe they are having trouble understanding Spanish just as English. Will not recommend this place to anyone.
