Alana always does my hair when I come in. She's helped me achieve not only purple and blue hair beautifully but also beautiful more natural colored hair. Having her do my hair is always relaxing and she makes wonderful conversation. I will continue to come here and get her to do my hair.

It was the best hair cut I have gotten in a while. They were very attentive to my needs, and always made sure everything looked good from my end. I would most definitely make them my go to for hair appointments.

WASTE OF MY TIME. So I went in to MasterCuts today at 5:45-6pm and asked a lady named Lori what their pricings were on a cut, color and treatment. I asked her if she would have time for me tonight and she said that she would be available around 7:15. I asked her if that would give her enough time to do all of this for my hair and she said it should be, given she doesn't run into any problems. I then asked her if she does run into problems would it be alright if I could come back at another time to finish if she runs out of time, because I would really like to get my hair done tonight because I'll be busy most of this weekend. She told me that would be completely fine and we could start it tonight. Well I drove home and came back at 7 to wait for 15 minutes. Lori came up to me and told me that she would not be able to serve me tonight because she has another appointment?! I could have gone somewhere else and had my hair done tonight, but she wasted my time and gas. Never going here again. P.S. I told my mom about this and she said the same thing happened to her about 3 months ago here! She had to wait at the mall for an hour after being told they would do her hair, then when she came back they refused to serve her!

I have been to MasterCuts numerous times. I am very picky about who touches my hair. Nay does a great job and I have received many compliments on the color. She is the only person I will allow to touch my daughter's hair as well. I don't know the experiences these other people are talking about. All the girls in there do a wonderful job.
