Disappointed

Went last year, don't remember the stylist's name. She did a great job. I had so many compliments. This trip I just wanted basic trim. Take off some of the length, taper to be a little longer in front than back, hair turned under in back. Stylist who never gave me her name did a little cutting then asked if I wanted hair spray. I must have given her a "are you done ? " look.. I asked if she could style it a little. she used a flat iron . I looked like I just stepped out of shower, with hair just hanging ; not like I had just had my hair done. Usually you look good, and your hair has shine and good smell. I didn't realize how bad till I got home. Much shorter than I wanted, had to straighten up uneven front. As slowly as my hair grows, it will be a long time before anyone touches it. I will have to call and see who cut my hair before. If she's not there Imwont go back.

I go here all the time for haircuts, I like the check in on line feature. They do a good job.

Was not impressed with my haircut they totally butchered it. I asked 3 different times if they was comfortable doing the cut I asked for. My bangs were uneven not to mention the huge chunk out of the side of my hair. If your ladies don't know what they are doing please don't spend 2 hours doing it because that makes me feel like I'm obligated to tip when I'll need to get it fixed as well.. they also butchered my brothers haircut. How can you be a stylist and not be able to do a guys cut with a fade and thinned, blended top. My haircut had to be fixed at Vanessa's salon had to wait about a week but it was well worth it. Half the price and the cut was way better quality.
