I highly recommend Kim and the whole crew at Rebel Rebel! If you don't have dreadlocks, don't be put off by the website/other reviews. While Rebel Rebel does serve those with dreadlocks, Kim's specialty falls under your basic salon services: cut, color, styling, etc. You do not have to have dreadlocks to go to this adorable salon. Bonus: Rebel Rebel has online appointment scheduling, and ample FREE street parking with no time limits! Kim is friendly, flexible, and overall, very good at what she does. You can tell that she enjoys coming in to work every day. She takes great care and pride in her work, and she is never pushy with ideas or services, which is an experience I have had at other salons. She also takes her time and never rushes to get you out the door, making each client feel like her "only" client. I love, love, LOVE what she can do with my hair. Additional bonus: Kim always lets me invade their Pandora stations, and I most definitely am allowed to crank up the 90s jams!

Kim did such an amazing job turning my porous dull textured hair into an oil slick of silk with vibrant pravana vivid dyes. There was nothing like getting pampered while listening to my favorite goth, death rock, and post punk music in this friendly and warm salon. Rebel rebel is a wonderful alternative salon that fosters the creativity of the stylists and clients. I can't wait for my next color and treatment!

Crissa and Kim are the bomb!!! They will make all of your hair dreams come true!! Not only do they bring your beauty out on the outside, their vibrant good energy and calming atmosphere bring a warm home feeling to your soul!! I love spending the whole day there getting my lock loving!!!
