My family and I love this place. Fast courteous service every visit. No over-dry. No excessive heat. Friendly staff. Reasonable rates for quality service. And I've never witnessed a chair like in those photos.

I've been going there almost 15 years. Nati and her team are exceptional. They haven't let me down yet! I've moved out of the area but ANY time I'm in Philly I take my step-daughter, my two girls (my baby is 5 and I even trust them doing HER hair!) And if my nieces are around I take them too!!! You can't beat the prices either. Never retire Nati!!! ♥

I would give this place zero stars if possible. Unethical business practices. When I spoke to the manager to address my concerns she was very rude and pretended like she didn't understand what I was saying. If you are natural or value the health of your hair stay far away. I have severe allergies and cannot use many mainstream products let alone a relaxer and they mixed it in I'm assuming while washing my hair. I noticed the woman didn't use much product while drying my hair or straightening it which I thought was odd because I always need product to get my hair straight. When it rained a week later I noticed my hair was "off" and when I finally washed my hair there was a god awful chemical smell that just lingered and my hair has been breaking off and falling out in clumps. I typically do my own hair and this trip to the salon was a gift but now I remember why I stay far away from salons and will definitely be warning those to stay away from Dominican salons

I have 3c/ mostly 4a armpit length natural hair and I came here in during summer 17 to get it straightened. They straightened it nice, but IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CURLS AND THE HEALTH OF YOUR HAIR DO NOT GO HERE !! They damaged my hair so bad. They sneaked and put a relaxer/texturizer in my hair and didn't use ANY heat protectant. My curls are usually realllllyy defined, As soon as I washed my hair was damn near straight and it was gummy. I take so much pride in my hair, I've been growing it for years and for them to mess it up has me pissed! If you don't know how to properly do afro textured hair, you don't need to be doing hair!
