The service did not go as requested and I can't get a phone call back nor refund

I wasn't going to post this because I tried to give this business the benefit of the doubt. How can you not even acknowledge when you're NOT performing a service as requested? I stopped by the shop yesterday to inquire about getting my hair braided. I told the lady (MK) I have alopecia in the top of my head and wanted to be sure she could accommodate that before proceeding. I'm going on a' trip and wanted to get my hair braided so I wouldn't have to deal with it during my trip The lady (MK)assured me they could do it. She started off by covering up the area where the alopecia was which seemed okay at first. However, as she was parting my hair, it felt sparse. I asked her if there would be a gap, to which she replied no. She continued braiding, putting the ponytail on the left side off-center. Normally, during braiding, guests are be allowed to check along the way to ensure everything is satisfactory, but she didn't offer that

Called at 8 a.m. this morning and got there at 8:30. They started at 8:45 and I was out by 1p.m! They were very professional, friendly, and courteous! I would definitely recommend! Best part is that it doesn't hurt as much as any other braids I've gotten in the past!

Called for two braids, two braids look horrible one braid bigger than the other. Service suck really bad how can you mess up two braids 🤦🏽‍♀️

Service was good. My hair was braided very tight! She was a little ruff on my hair but. Overall my hair turned out great!!. I was also charged more for different colors of hair. The place was not very crowded which is a plus for me!!. I don't know if I would revisit again!.

Normally go to her for all my my braiding needs maybe twice a year as of recently this year the service has been awful. Called the day before to schedule an appointment for 9am, arrived 15 minutes early an no one was there. Sat around an waited till 10:30 am an still no one arrived nor answered any of my calls or texts. Once again yesterday i called for an appointment for 9am this morning cause once again she has never failed me an has always done good work so the first time could of been an honest mistake so why not give her another try. Arrived at 9 am to a closed shop an no one there. Someone finally arrived 15 minutes late only to have my child sitting there waiting till finally 10:30 came an her head hadnt even been touched ,i took my child elsewhere. Very disappointed an will not be back!!

Confused She told me to come at 1.. got there and she doing box braids.. like come on and it smelled funny so after 20 minutes of waiting and her not saying nothing..left
