I do not understand the other reviews, unless they are from competition - I've made Cindy My stylist for sometime now.... talented, cheerful and happy to help someone with a "new 'do look" or honest opinion of a question asked........

So Denise said 20 min 45 min later not only foes she see me, but leaves without the haircut needed. Really, the word I can think of is beyond rude, can I give them a big fat ZERO

My son's hair cut was messed up but they offered to fix it and have me half off coupons for my other 2 kids for the inconvenience but I went in there to talk to them she was really rude and wouldn't give me the coupons to use I will go else were

Wish I could give a zero for rude customer service & skipping people in line & not utilizing "book". Waited 45 minutes. Husband was told there was some mysterious kid that would be taken ahead of him. Also, lady took in kid (apparently her nephew) who walked in after my husband & didn't pay. Never go to this place.
