Great service everytime! We usually see Crystal, but all the staff are nice at this location. Very clean place. Lots of tvs and can get busy. They have an option to check waiting times online, and checking in.

Did not listen to what I wanted. Rushed through the haircut. The person cutting did a fast but poor job. I needed to fix it myself. I am not going back to this location.

Need more staff period. Every time I wall in they have at most 3 stylists and the wait is over 45 min and 6 plus people waiting. Especially at the busy times like after 5 PM. I tried getting in 5 times in 4 days. Every possible time it was a forever wait. I stopped trying. I know many others that walked out and went elsewhere too. Get more staff.
