I was visiting Miami and needed a lash extension refill. Turns out I needed a full set, but let me tell you it was the best eyelashes I have ever gotten. Fitting to my eye-shape, plenty of volume, long lasting (barely lost lashes for two weeks) it was a longer process than what I am used to in my home city, but definitely well thought out and the lash artist tailored the lashes to my eyes. Looked great for a photoshoot! Only thing I found was that it was VERY expensive. I was prepared to pay Miami prices, but where I am from it’s around $250 for a full set and I almost paid $400 which definitely was a bit painful for the rest of my trip and made me feel bad for spending that much on lashes.

I had my hair cut and coloured here in February 2019. The service seemed nice, and I was happy with the end result, but I almost fell over when I was told that my bill would be $430 - the same price as my flight ticket from London - Miami!! I was so gobsmacked that I paid the bill and walked out in a daze. But it ruined the rest of my trip as I'd blown all of my spending money for the holiday on getting my hair done. I would not recommend getting your hair done here I had unless you're clear on how much you're going to be charged. I had spoken to the staff the day before to clarify that I did not want the most expensive service, but they were suitably vague about what I would be receiving, and apparently I had 'mug' written on my forehead. I have never spent this amount of money on my hair in my life and won't be doing so ever again. In London I pay less than half for the same treatment. Be warned - this McAllister spa may rip you off!

Excellent service, friendly and experienced staff. I retouched my roots with Dyann Michele and tried the dip nail system for the first time and I'm in love.
