I went in just thus past tuesday. I had someone different. I showed her a picture of myself with the cut i wanted. She sounded like she understood. Honestly i have had 1 or2 issues from a different great clips. But i have always been able to fix it. Not this time. It is uneven and thinned out to the point that product or hot rollers can not make it look right or better. I am leaving on a cruise and my hair is chopped up. Elmira in the clearwater great clips on gulf to bay did my hair. She told me all about her personal life. She talked incessantly.She was brand new to great clips but said she had owned her own salon that went bankrupt. I wish I knew all this before .hand..I have to say this is the worst cut I have ever gotten. I am going on a wedding cruise and my hair is chopped up. I have no more time to get it redone..

Kaylee is my 15 year old grandaughter who came in with a huge knot in her very long hair....about 19 inches long. We wanted to donate the hair to Locks of Love but couldn't because of the knot. Owner said it had to be a full head of hair....but that's OK......Kaylee got an awesome haircut ....such a drastic change from 15 years of having such long hair to a short haircut. I was very nervous, but the beautician was superior...the cut was amazing and my grandaughter did not shed a tear over losing all that long hair....she walks around the house to all our mirrors and has not stopped smiling . She absolutely loves the cut. With what the beautician had to work with she did such a wonderful job. We will go back again.

Below 1 star I am beyond pissed! Linda I believe her name was who butchered my hair. I went in with long hair wanted to cut it short. I had pictures she said no problem. My hair is horrible I might have to shave it off cause I don't know what can be done to fix it. She kept pushing me to use lots of hair products I told her no cause I like silky soft touchable hair. She kept say well I use it you need to to. My daughter seen I was upset when I seen her hack off a chunk from the front of my hair. Mind you the photos I showed her had very long bangs... I have nubs now. My daughter asked her what are you doing?? She says just use some moose and hair spray ... Uuuuuhh no it won't fix that! I look gross and very unhappy. All I do is cry. I've had short hair before and it looked cute... But this place has no clue what they are doing, Don't listen have no skills !!!!

The hair dresser that cut my hair is manager. I showed her what I wanted and she kind of did it. It is a full inch shorter than I wanted and that was her 1st cut. The back has one side longer than the other. Stying it makes it really show. Would not let her groom my dog.

Untrained and don't tell you what they're doing. I have never been to this great clips and I will never be going back. If i could rate this place less than 1 star, I would. Because of their mess up and not telling me how much they're taking off, I've been left completely shaved. If you want a good hair cut, take your business elsewhere.
