Always Polished

I see Elizabeth for my hair and couldn't be more pleased! She is friendly and professional and always does a great job on my hair! She always talks through what we'll be doing so that I know I'm getting exactly what I expect. AND she knows how to help my curls! Couldn't be happier!

I liked making my appointment online, that was handy. The online estimate was $167 with a disclaimer it could be more based on services actually received. I explained to the stylist I wanted my hair lightened (it's dark) and full highlights. I spent just over 2 hours in the chair. At no time did the stylist explain what he was doing. I was doing my best to make small talk and gave up 30 minutes in. My estimate was a joke...I was handed a bill for $289.00. my hair looks almost exactly the same, the highlights I see are nice. Wish there were more. Expensive lesson learned.

Worst customer service I have ever received. The employees were not friendly, only the manager was helpful. Even after the manager asked another associate for help finding something, it was still an item I couldn't use. I was incredibly disappointed and will not be back to this location. I understand why the reviews are as low as they are. Go to Sephora!
