I will not be going back here for my hair cuts, in the future. I usually go to J Joseph Salon in Land O Lakes. They do an amazing job but they are a little pricey for a hair cut. The price there is $37 for a hair wash, cut, blow dry and style with a flat iron. I decided to give Supercuts a try since all I needed was a trim and nothing fancy. I did this to save myself some money. My stylist was Tia. She is a nice girl and very friendly. That is my only reason for giving 2 stars instead of 1. I got a wash, cut, blow dry and style. The wash was fine except she didn't wash the very back of my head (near the name of my neck). The cut was extremely mediocre. First, she did not ask me where I part my hair before she started cutting. Second, she did not cut my hair in sections, she cut it ALL while it was completely down and only cut the bottom so all of the top layers of my hair remain untrimmed. I have thin, fine hair but it is very layered so you have to do it by sections. After the cut, my stylist asked me if I wanted her to blowdryand style and said it was "a little bit more." I said yes because if I don't at least blow dry my hair it will dry curly and I won't be able to straighten easily later on without re-wetting it. Then, she put a TON of product in my hair while drying it with a round brush. When she was done my hair was huge, frizzy, and sticky. It felt so awful I had to go home and rewash it. This is all not what set me over the edge as usually you get what you pay for so I figure that's what I get for paying less. WRONG. When I got the bill it was $41.00!!! $21 for the hair cut and $20 extra for the blow dry and "style." How nice of her NOT to mention that the blow dry and style was going to DOUBLE my bill. And for that price I couldn't even get her to straighten it for me?? I left with a sticky nasty puff ball. If I am going to be paying $50 (with tip) for a hair cut, it better look great when I walk out the door. Horrible experience. I really wish I would have just gone to J Joseph so I know I'd look fabulous when I left. If you go here I highly suggest you ask more questions and speak up more than I did. I am so bad with confrontation that I don't stand up for myself. My stylist said that ALL their stylists are trained this same way so I won't even go back to try someone else. I am a struggling single mom and I was definitely ripped off here.

Pretty good overall, I will say I just had the side of my hair trimmed less than 5 minutes and it was 20$ kind of pricey for what it is

Charlotte or Tabitha are who I always use to cut my hair! They are both really nice and do a great job! Have been going there for years!

It really depends on who you get so once you go there once or twice find a stylist or two that know what you want and they can deliver. Charlotte was amazing and there's another tall older women they are very good!

Charlotte cut my hair at the Collier Commons location and I am VERY PLEASED. It's hard to find a good, decent hair stylist but I have found one now. My wife even loved my haircut. Thanks Charlotte! I wish you all the luck in life. Frank
