Great place, Bring was very nice and my stone massage felt amazing. The steam shower was very comfortable and relaxing afterwords as well. I want to go more often.

I have had standing appointments with Kristen and Allison at the downtown location for years - they are both amazing at what they do! Allison is great at addressing my haircut needs and concerns and does so in a quick, efficient manner and I have always loved the result. Kristen is amazing at her craft - I wouldn't trust anybody else with my eyebrows. Not only is she an artist, but she makes you feel like a friend and I look forward to every appointment I book with her! Always a great experience and customer service during my visits!

Loved my facial I received from Melissa! She tailored everything to what I wanted and needed. Knowing it was my first facial she made me feel very relaxed and comfortable throughout the session. Also gave great suggestions. I will definitely be returning!

I had my first Neroli experience yesterday at the Third Ward location. I had airbrush makeup and an updo done. I was so impressed at the friendliness of both stylists! They were so quick yet very good and thorough. My airbrush makeup made me feel so beautiful but the best part was that it held up in the 90 degree heat for a wedding day! In addition, my hair stylist was so great. She worked with my basic ideas and I had told her things I didn’t want in order to create the perfect look. I was here with a group of a dozen ladies for a bridal party and the salon toon outstanding care of us. I would suggest this salon to anyone!

I'm in love with this salon! The friendly atmosphere from the moment you walk in there door.... through processing, I get color, and checkout, is great! I can't say enough good things about Shane. She's been doing my hair now for 5+ years. I won't go to anyone but her!
