I popped in to get a trim and Danny listened to exactly what I wanted and then gave me a great cut!! Very happy. Friendly staff.

I hate leaving negative reviews but, this last haircut I got last week was brutal, simply brutal. Good thing its cold outside and I can have my touque on most of the time. Staff is nice and make u feel comfy, but I am not going back ever again.

Never again. 26$ and you buzzed my head when i asked for a trim. It started fine i guess we just needed to make my hair extra extra short. I guess the perk was i didnt need a haircut for a extra month

All 3 times I've gone here they've managed to screw up the simplest hair cut. I had a lob, short in the back and long in the front. First off, the hair stylist had NO clue what a lob was. She insisted it was long on one side and short on the other... which is true, but you can obviously see what kind of hair cut I have and see that it's short in the back and longer in the front.... Number two, both times I gave them the benefit of the doubt and asked for a light trim on the back of my lob, and BOTH times they cut it super crooked! When I went to a normal salon they actually pointed out how bad it was. Not only that but the lady who cut my hair kept showing me the back and asking if it was ok when it was OBVIOUSLY crooked and at least three times I had to say "Uh it's still a bit crooked here, can you fix that". Eventually I just gave up on asking just so I could leave. Now I see why they have the reputation they do. Absolutely awful.
