Waited for 10 minutes at the front desk. I made eye contact with several different employees multiple times. There were 6 employees working and not one came up to greet me. A guy walked in, (he had an appointment) a worker immediately greeted him, confirmed his appointment and seated him. She looked at me then walked away. Terrible customer service. I have no idea what their issue was. Maybe they didn’t want to wait on me. Maybe they didn’t want my money. Maybe they thought if they ignored me I’d go away. What ever the case was I surely left and took my money elsewhere. If they don’t take walk-ins they should make it known. Great way to lose business. And I may look 12 but I’m a 24 year old woman. Good job Regis employees 👍🏽
