Absolutely loved the service. Ms. Jannet listened to what I wanted and made suggestions that made sense. I didn't feel overwhelmed. Very nice atmosphere.

We arrived a few minutes after they opened to get our 14 month olds hair trimmed (first haircut). I wish I would have gotten the stylists name because she did fantastic with our wiggle worm. His hair looks super cute and it’s out of his face. She was super quick and very patient. She was able to give him a great cut despite the fussing and moving. Highly recommend for littles first haircut.

I went to get my hair cut in order for me to donate it. This lovely lady cut my hair and I loved it !! However after walking around the mall for two hours I realized it was slightly crooked. (hey it happens when you go from long to medium) but the staff was COMPLETELY professional with me and allowed me to go back and get it fixed. Would recommend!!

Lindsey is the best stylist in this place!!! Unfortunately I’ve tried with at least 3 more and it’s genuinely bad! Ask for Lindsey and you’ll be in great hands!

I have always had a decent experience here. I never get anything fancy, just a trim and side bangs. Every experience I've had here has been good until last night. Have you ever sat in the chair and just knew by looking at the lady with the scissors that she didn't know what she was doing? Well that's how I felt. I wish I had gotten her name because she's the first stylist I had there that I don't believe knew what she was doing. Again, all I wanted was a simple trim. Keep in mind my wedding is in 4 DAYS and I let her know that. At first she seemed to be doing an okay job so I just went along with it, but when it was time to trim my bangs she cut them WAY TOO SHORT! AND she criticized the last person that trimmed my hair. Well I wasn't complaining the last time I got a hair trimmed. As she was razoring my bangs she kept telling me that the razor gives them more "texture". All I could think was, "okay, lady, I get it!" Texture is a buzzword, the more she said it the more it confirmed in my mind that she is not a professional. And the more she said it the more uncomfortable I was with her trimming my hair. When the trim was over she tried to sell some conditioner to me and I agreed just to get out of there faster. When I woke up this morning I noticed that my hair had not been cut evenly. It is almost a whole inch longer on the left side. And the bangs... they look like a 4th grader cut them. I could've done a better job. I was happy with MasterCuts until this experience. I hate that one bad experience will keep me from going there again, but I don't want the risk the chance of that lady cutting my hair ever again. That was $30 for a hair cut that I hate and have to deal with RIGHT BEFORE MY WEDDING. Not okay.
