Got a balayge and cut from Kellie, and would 100% recommend her! I was nervous about getting my hair colored for the first time and she was extremely helpful in listening to what I wanted and then explaining the steps. She was great as was everyone at the front desk.

I'm crying at the liquor store my hair looks so bad. I got the partial baylage + haircut and blow out. I wanted a light brown/ carmel color blended in. The baylage is not blended at all. It looks like I'm wearing a dark brown skull cap and the rest is practically blonde. My hair wasn't blown out at all. He curled it very poorly. I have thin hair so it needs to be dried with a round brush to add some volume. He literally just pointed the dryer down at the crown of my head. Such a waste of money. Never again. Here's to 6 months of buns. Go. Somewhere. Else.

Decided to make a drastic change to my hair, and definitely glad I went with Ellen at Wild Orchid. Comfortable and clean salon, with friendly staff -- and of course you leave with hair that smells amazing.

I am so glad I found Wild Orchid. I see Karlee for cuts and color and she took the vision I had in my head and made it a reality. I always leave with a great style and have gotten lots of compliments on my style since starting to see Karlee. The staff is so helpful and attentive, and Karlee is truly awesome - not only is she clearly amazing as a stylist, but she's a great person and wonderful to talk to, which makes appointments that much better. They also have great deals / sales on products fairly often, which is a bonus. I'd highly recommend this salon and especially Karlee to anyone. The location is convenient, even coming from the north side, and parking is free in the garage. Great price for the quality as well!
